Welcome to Girls Inc. Westchester!

I’m Dr. Sharlise Smith-Rodriguez, Executive Director at Girls Inc. Westchester County. Our mission to inspire all girls to be Strong, Smart & Bold guides everything we do to empower girls to succeed. We provide young women with experiences that will help them become confident citizens who will effect positive change within themselves and their communities.

We welcome volunteers and donations to help support the programs we offer. Please consider a gift of any amount to provide girls with the strength, knowledge and courage they need to realize their dreams.
